May in a nut shell

Just hanging out :)

I took pictures for all of the kids sports teams and made a little money, learned a lot about photography, and had a lot of fun.  Cypress played baseball for the Angels and played 3rd base.  Her best game she hit a doubles and caught the ball for a double play.  Tyden played baseball for the Hot Rods.  He mostly played first and got all the action.  He hit very well for his first year.

Kasen and Tayla both played soccer.  Kasen was hit or miss whether he wanted to play or not but did very well when he did.  His team was the Cheetahs.  Tayla grew a lot this year and Terry was her teams' coach.  She was a defender and held her own.  Their team, the Jaguars, only lost one game.  She is looking forward to playing again in the fall.

Cypress had her first year in band, playing the Flute.  This was at her one concert this year.  She did very well, especially since the other kids started playing at the beginning of school and she just started in February.  She got an award for the most improved.

Miss Cymber got 4 month shots (yes very late) and did very well, only cried for like a second but it was enough that Kasen came running to her aid.

Tayla had a play at school the same day and she was the Narrator.  Since I was at the Doctor, Terry came to watch and so did Tyden's class.  It's so great to have him close to home for work and a schedule that allows for such things!!!

Dad and Cymber's favorite past time!

Whenever I send the kids outside to eat ice cream or something, this is what they do and it was too cute not to get a picture.

Tayla had to do an egg drop for school so we all had to go to the park to practice and make sure it wasn't going to break.

Kasen Cymber and I got to go to the zoo with Tyden's class.  It was a fun day.

They each got to feed a carrot stick to a giraffe.  It was awesome!

Mother's day was very nice.  Terry made me pancakes with fruit and whip cream on Saturday (no time before 8am church) and then he and Cypress made a very nice Dinner.
Yes that is puke on my shirt, typical for a mom, so very appropriate :)  Tayla's painting from school.  Cypress and Tayla also made a strawberry lemonade cake that was super moist and yummy!

It's typical to find this scene if I'm not quick when Cymber cries after a nap.

The kids sold drinks and snacks at the fields on game days to help earn money to go to CA for a while in the summer.  It's a great learning experience and they had a great time.
Memorial day at the Crofts for BBQ and swimming.  Fun for all accept when Kasen almost drowned and Terry jumped straight over this fence and right into the pool to save him.
We are very thankful for all the new friends we have made so quickly.  The Taylors and McCammons were at the BBQ as well.
Memorial weekend the waterpark at our club house opens so we had to go check it out.  It's free for residents and is pretty awesome.  3 full size water slides and the whole splash zone as well as a huge regular pool and a kiddy pool.  We love where we live!

Cymber had had enough!  Too much sun and cold water for her, nap time here I come!

Yes it had been a while. What a great bunch of pictures. I'm sure you have lots more to do. Great sport pics, fun pics at the zoo and water slides. That does look awesome. Keep them coming, now you're only a couple of months behind.:)
